I have a 15 pathfinder with 7000 miles. I have had creaking/grinding sounds coming for the rear suspension from day one. The service dept told me that all the suspension parts have been replaced and the sounds I'm hearing is normal. " pathfinders are notorious for having loud suspensions because of the weight of the vehicle". I'm not sure I'm trusting the service managers explanation, Any advise or thoughts?

Retired dealer mechanic and I can say is this..... warranty labor to.es are stupidly rated low, you get paid next to nothing from diagnosis to repairs. This makes many shady techs not want to deal with it and just say no problem found or it's "Normal" it pisses me off for them to make us good techs look bad

since i had shocks replaced with OEM i know it expensive. all sudden silenced, i assume upper shock bushings and shock parts noisy, hmm i wonder abuse during transport, i know how they attach cars /suv to car carriers on trucks , they strap wheels down but noticed when bumpy highway can see those cars bounce too while transport....
