Fuel Injection service?

Hey everyone,

The service department at my dealership has been recommending that I do a Fuel Injection Service ($300) the last few times I bring my car in for an oil change (I have free oil change for life). What is this Fuel Injection Service? I can't find it in my car manual... is this something that's needed? Can I do this myself?
