Seeing some of the wires in your hand and I'm not 100% sure we're talking about the same connector. The M102 connector appears to be at the top of the steering column where the clock spring attaches. So the plug is at the 12 o'clock position in the metal housing of the steering column itself. The wire colors in the last picture don't seem to match.
You can browse the Factory Service Manuals for your year here: https://www.nicoclub.com/nissan-service-manuals
You may have to download each section as a pdf for better viewing. I downloaded each and saved them all in a folder.
Yeah, i was googoling the m102 and i think its the m30 conection

Here is a snapshot from a youtube video of changing the clock spring on a Nissan Titan. You can see the wiring harness pretty good- there is a plug for the top of the steering column, then you have the plugs on the left that go to the clock spring (a yellow and gray connector in the same slot) but also a plug that I have circled in red. It doesn't appear to be used in this application and is taped up. Many of the Nissan vehicles from those years were very similar if not identical. I've heard the gray plug that he is installing in the screenshot below is an 8-pin. Is that the one you are looking for?

And I just noticed that you are outside the US, so here's a video of a Navara D40 clock spring.
