My 2013 SL's power rear liftgate works when I use the FOB or when I press the control within the vehicle, but not at the liftgate itself. When I press the button at the gate, it only opens about an inch like it would if there was no power. I reviewed the manual, but did not see where there is a switch my wife could have accidentally pressed to disengage the use of the button at the gate. Any ideas would be helpful. It's under warranty, but if it is operator error I would rather not waste the dealerships time.

POWER LIFTGATE MAIN SWITCH
The power liftgate operation can be turned on or
off by the power liftgate main switch on the
instrument panel.
When the power liftgate main switch is pushed to
the OFF position, the power operation is not
available by the power liftgate switch on the
liftgate and liftgate opener switch.
Power operation is available when in the OFF
position by the instrument panel switch and the
keyfob button. section 3-26 of the manual

Power liftgate switch is in the on position, liftgate works with the key fob and the switch inside but still will only open a little with the liftgate switch, what to do?
