What is the correct part # for Shift lock solenoid and Park Switch assembly

I am yet another "Can't shift out of park" Nissan customer. Does anyone know what is the correct part number to replace the Shift lock solenoid and Park Switch assembly? It seems that it is all over the place - 34950‑EH10A, 34950-6W002, or something else?
Edit: I have 2011 V6 2WD model.

Are you certain it is one of those parts?
Have you verified it isn't the brake switch? A faulty brake switch will prevent the sift lock solenoid from releasing.

Note there are 2 diagrams: With and Without Manual Mode.
