The Japanese based automaker Nissan has released a new promotional video with the new generation of the Pathfinder, presenting the model as the perfect family off-roader.
After it was officially presented to the public just a few months ago, the new generation of the Nissan Pathfinder is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the car manufacturer releasing a new promotional video with the model. The 2013 Pathfinder is available in six versions, the S, SV, SL, SL Premium, Platinum and Platinum Premium, and the cheapest trim level is available for its future customers over-seas from 29,895 USD, while for the 2013 Platinum Premium, 41,595 USD are needed.
Nissan says that all version of the 2013 Pathfinder are powered by the same 3.5 liter V6 engine, which is generating a total output of 260 horsepower, mated to a CVT. The V8 unit has been dropped from the 2013 lineup and the truck-based SUV, transformed into a crossover, has lost 500 pounds in the process. With FWD, the new Pathfinder is returning 20/26 mpg in city/highway, while the all-wheel drive models will return 19/25 mpg in city/highway.
