Looks like those of us who bought 2022 models just got screwed.
There is no mention of the passenger seat in the new 2023 Rock Creek addition. The Rock Creek looks to be a rugged flagship of the Pathfinder series. Until I see official brochures from Nissan the addition of addition power features of the passenger seat doesn’t exist. I did however do the seat spacer mod and helps somewhat. She still uses a cushion on it though.

Any idea when these start making it to the dealerships?
Dealers (at least my local ones) don’t seem to know when but they had paperwork saying August production. I have a feeling we might start to see pricing and more details in the next week or two based on my dealer saying they were being trained on the 2023 soon and also somebody said they lifted the review embargo yesterday (can’t confirm that personally)

Recalls are for safety issues, which this is not. It's just something you don't like, so there isn't really anything to "fix."
Well they fixed in the 2023 model, so obviously they know its an issue. Recalls are not just for safety- they can be anything the manufacturer think helps the brand. However, in this case, they will not be any recall. They fixed it in 2023 model and the cost to fix versus annoyance to customer's/brand damage does not have a return on investment.

Everyone who does not like the low seat should all log 1-2 star reviews against the 2022 pathfinder on www.cars.com, https://www.kbb.com/nissan/pathfinder/2022/, and whatever other customer review sites.

This might get Nissan to take notice- but doubtful. At least it will record the issue

Leave the review against the car, not the dealership.

What country are you from? Those are definitely not U.S. prices. The MSRP on a 2022 4WD Plat I test drove today was $51,280.

What are your thoughts on the test drive?
Inconclusive. I really only drove it a few blocks. I hated the shifter. It felt a lot bigger than our 2013, though the dimensions are about the same. We were under a time constraint, and I really wanted my wife to drive it, since it's her Pathfinder we're replacing. She of course loved it.
