All - is this part covered under a CPO? I was under the impression it was by my service advisor and when receiving the bill over the phone, it most obviously was not. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P34c5 - Intake Valve Timing Control Module

Loose air intake tract issues usually results in MAF sensor related codes and not what you saw.
I see there is a TSB for 2018's in regards to the P34C5 code. This module is mounted near the battery box if the module is indeed the cause: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2018/MC-10130502-9999.pdf
Valve timing concerns are often caused by running the oil level too low as well. These systems rely on oil pressure to work. Always check your oil first.
