I removed my OEM cross bars on my new 2022 SL as I did not like them. One side is permanent, but the other side has an adjustment which is impossible to tighten. The set screws just turn and then the cross bars rattle in the attachments. Bought new cross bars from OMAC for $100 and they work great. I'm keeping the OEM bars in case I ever sell the SL.

I'm in the market for OEM cross bars but I have a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. I like how the new cross bars look on the 2021+ (R53).

Do you know if the new R53 cross bars fit on the R52? It seems higher but not sure about the width and bolt pattern.

I was driving behind one the other day and wondered.
