No sound in my 2022 pathfinder

leaving work today and got in my 2022 pathfinder and started it up and there was no sound, not able to talk to anyone, no music, just no sound. I took my 2022 pathfinder to the dealership service department and they tried to get it to work and still no sound. Made appointment for them to further check the speakers, get home and read a couple of the complaints of the same problem and decided to go back outside to see if it would work and the sound came on. This is crazy, not sure if I should keep the appointment or not. SMH 🤦🏾‍♀️

Did you ever find the problem? This happened to me this morning and it's still not working.

Oh-no! Please share more specifics on what you're seeing. What trim level is your PF and is it the factory or BOSE setup?

I have a SL and it does have a BOSE setup. It was working last night but wasn't this morning. First thought it was my bluetooth because I first noticed it when trying to make a call so disconnected my phone. Checked all the sound/volume settings. Turned the car off and back on and still not working.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. With the previous generation Pathfinder, many electronic anomalies were corrected by disconnecting the vehicle's battery for 2 minutes and then reconnecting it. You might try that.

If that doesn't work, as you have a BOSE configuration, your audio system has a separate amp. It's below the third-row seat. Check the main fuse panel for any BOSE amp fuses to make sure no issues there either. Possibly suggest to dealer that they check the BOSE amp too? Good luck!

Hopefully they can get to the bottom of the issue.

Hi Lucinda - my suggestion would be to keep the appointment. If everything continues to work properly, you can always cancel it and let them know ahead of time that it seemed to resolve itself. But, if the issue recurs or is intermittent, you can then bring the car in since you already have the appointment.

Lucinda put up her post back in March so I'm guessing that the dealer solved the problem for her, but she hasn't posted since then.

I had the same issue with my 2022 today. No sound from the infotainment unit until I parked left it for about an hour then restarted and it returned to normal. This is the 2nd time it's happened in the past few months. It's not a fuse. I think it's missing a step in the startup process for the car. DK

It happened to my 2022 Pathfinder this morning. All of a sudden the radio stopped working. I cant even select it. I can select other functions just not Radio
