So I need to change the trans fuidn on my 2019 PF SL 4wd for the 60,000 miles. Do I need to use Nissan from the dealer fluid it's $22/ quart?

AutoZone has it for $12 / quart.

Also do I need to drain and fill or do it twice to make sure I replace all the fluid in the transmission. Thanks.

I used genuine Nissan NS-3 blue liquid gold in my 2019 Nissan Pathfinder from ~24K to ~70K miles. Long out of warranty, I now have no problem using any CVT fluid that states it's suitable for use where NS-3 is required. On my last CVT fluid spill and fill at ~70K miles I used Castrol Transmax universal ATF/CVT fluid that is suitable for Nissan NS-3 use.

It freaks you out a bit because it is red in color like standard ATF.

Currently closing in on 80K miles and the CVT is still CVTing.

Do what you like, but I have yet to hear of a CVT failure where a "suitable for use" aftermarket fluid was used. Don't confuse "failure" reports when problems existed long before the owner tried a fluid change.
