A couple of times in the last 2 weeks, my clock has reset to 24 hour format and the wrong time zone. Any idea how to keep this from happening? Would different key fobs have anything to do with it? Just a wild hunch.

Is this problem affecting only clock or everything else like trip stats, preset radio stations, your phone pairing?

Loose battery connection??? Maybe

If everything else is OK, means no issue with your main battery. More likely cold solder joint on the clock circuit or clock lithium backup battery. I suggest you to take it to the dealer.

Yea if under warranty have them check it out. Especially if all connections are good.

I've had the same issue. Went into the menu and there was an available software update. Hasn't done it since..fingers crossed...
