I have a 2013 Pathfinder 77k miles. Recently my alternator went out, so I replaced that. I believe my AC compressor also needs to be replaced because it no longer engages. When I first start the car, everything is fine until the RPM drops closer to 1k. I thought it may have been the tensioner, so I replaced that along with the belt but I still have this issue. When I rev it up to 2k RPM, the knocking noise goes away. Any idea how to diagnose what this may be?
I attached a video of this as well.
Thank you!

My laptop speakers make that sound absolutely horrible. If all the belt driven rotating elements have been eliminated, I would think it's something in the engine.

The issue was the AC compressor. Got it replaced: fixed the knocking noise. Now dreading my next issue from the lovely pathfinder 😬😀
