I feel really stoopid... Was trying to secure some luggage in the trunk with the third row folded flat and decided to use the third row seat belt to loop around some loose luggage and tie it to the headrest of the middle row. I know, I know, not a good idea, I was moving faster than I was thinking trying to get everything set for a family trip. Well, tying to the headrest was a bad idea so I took the headrest out and slipped the knot off and put the seat belt clip back to where it normally hangs. BUT I hadn't realized that I had fully extended the seat belt and engaged automation locking mode and so the seat belt is now locked with only an inch of belt before the knot by the clip. There isn't enough slack to push back in to disengage automatic lock or to undo the knot. I'm all in a pickle... Any ideas??!

I thought seat belts had some federally mandated super long warranty. Maybe lifetime? Tell the dealer you knotted it to get it out of the way when it wouldn't retract.
