The 2013 Pathfinder shares it's platform with the all new 2013 JX35, but what exactly sets these two apart?

design being the most obvious, you wont get all the tech stuff the JX has, towing capacity in the Pathfinder should be higher as it's more rugged than the JX.
i also believe we dont get some of the safety features on the JX.
