Clicking from dashboard when changing A/C setting

I have a 2005 Pathfinder SE 4WD. Lately when I change the A/C settings, such as temperature or fan speed, there is a loud clicking from behind the passenger side dashboard. The clicking lasts for about 5 seconds and then stops.

I'm thinking that there is an actuator in there that is failing or failed, and that the clicking happens when that actuator is activated to change a vent or something.

Is this something that is common or that someone has fixed before?

OK after I posted, I searched on yt and found a video with the same clicking I have, and it is the blend door actuator. The solution was to stick a clothespin or a zip tie in there to keep the door from being able to close all the way and make the clicking noise! I haven't tried it yet but I guess that's easier than disassembling the glovebox area to replace the actuator.
