I have a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum that I have had for several months but I can't find any information in the Owner's Manual or in any of the videos on YouTube that tells me what that button on the left side of the automatic shift lever. Any information?

That button is the overdrive button or OD. It is described in your owner's manual, but this video may make it's function more clear.

You should see "OD off" light up on the dash if you press that button and it will feel and sound like you are in a lower gear.

It's nice to use when driving slow in snow, driving on very hilly terrain, etc.
