2019 pathfinder, no navigation, reset to factory defaults issues

Just got a 2019 pathfinder sv, no navigation. Bluetooth wasn't working right, callers couldn't hear me. I could hear them. Found out I could enter diagnostic mode by hitting settings, some button 3 times and holding my finger on the screen. Reset the thing to factory defaults. Now, no am or fm radio, no guidelines on backup camera, no my garage apps, stereo does Infiniti splash screen, sat radio sounds faint as if amplifier isn't turning on. Anyway I can reflash the firmware without getting robbed by the stealership?
