2012 Pathfinder - Multiple warning lights and no speedo or 4WD

Hi Everyone.
I have a 2012 Pathfinder LE 4.0. I currently have the following lights appearing on my dash: ABS, Traction Control, BRAKE, 4WD, and TPMS. In addition, the speedometer is dead. I have taken it to the Nissan dealer near me and then to an independent shop. The dealer tells me that I will need a new Engine room harness assembly and a new Actuator assembly. Cost of parts combined with labor is over $6k, which I would pay given the situation. The problem is that the parts have been discontinued and they could not help me. My independent mechanic had it for 3 days and unfortunately had to concur with the dealership techs as the short might have "spidered" and there is no easy way to pinpoint the issue or short(s). Has anyone heard of this happen before? The truck has always been well maintained and serviced. Also, could these assemblies be available in the aftermarket as Nissan no longer makes them?

Does it still drive normal, or is it acting up- rough idle, stalling, no start, erratic shifting, etc?
What codes are showing?
When you say "actuator", what is that referring to, the ABS?
Did you have any other problems or work done before this started?

I haven't heard of this issue on other Pathfinders. There seem to be used wiring harnesses on ebay, if that is the issue. The problem with electrical issues is that it may have also affected control modules. Have they been able to identify where the short is in the harness- like rats chewing on it or rubbing?

The truck starts and runs perfectly normal. NO other work done on it prior to the warning lights. The codes that I scanned prior to trying to get it fixed was the following: P1830 - ABS OP SIGNAL, P1831 - VDC OP SIGNAL, AND P1832 - TCS OP SIGNAL.

The parts that my Pathfinder supposedly needs to fix the issue is: Part number 24012-ZL12B HARNESS ASSY-ENG and Part number 47660-9CE0D ACTUATOR ASSY. Both have been discontinued by Nissan. After leaving the NIssan Dealership, I discovered that my speedometer was now dead and I now have a "4WD" and "TPMS" warning lights. None of the tire pressures are registering on the INFO system when checking on the Infotainment system screen. Nonetheless it is driving perfectly normal but it is frustrating. An independent shop and a Pep Boys tried to troubleshoot but long story short no luck. The Nissan Dealership also could not help since the parts are discontinued and the parts manager was unable to find anything in aftermarket.

"After leaving the NIssan Dealership, I discovered that my speedometer was now dead and I now have a "4WD" and "TPMS" warning lights. "
I would be back at the dealer getting that taken care of. You should never leave with more issues than you showed up with. A lot of the technicians/mechanics at the dealerships are getting to be "parts changers". They follow the Nissan troubleshooting guide and replace whatever part comes up. If it falls outside of that, then they are lost. Before anyone gets all upset I'd like to say that they aren't all like that, but that's the general experience of the average customer.
But having issues after leaving the dealership means that you may be chasing more problems and not knowing which one will fix the original issue. The dealer needs to fix whatever they did and clear those additional errors.
The original issues (ABS, VDC and TCS) make me think it's sensor/signal related. I believe a bad ABS sensor could cause those issues, and there are reports (now that I've Googled it) of bad ABS sub harnesses.
The speedometer even gets it's signal from the ABS sensors through the module:

You'll notice that the tachometer should continue to work as it uses a different source BUT THE SAME CAN LINES. I would think that if there was an issue with the sensitive harness, there would be more dead in your gauge cluster. And given the fact that the vehicle continues to run fine, I'd say it's a sensor somewhere. I would start with the ABS sensors then the wiring from the sensors. Do a good visual inspection and check for voltage at the sensor connector from the vehicle.

This guy had several similar lights on in his Titan and found a broken ABS sensor wire:

I did not want to go back to the dealer after finding 2 new warning lights and a dead speedometer (all other dials still worked) as I was shocked to learn that in less than 2 hours they determined I needed the above mentioned parts ($3300) and 13 hours of labor ($3200) and that the parts were discontinued and they couldn't help me. I lost trust with them ever wanting to try to fix it.

Thanks so much for the video and the diagrams. I am going to get my hands on the factory service manual and maybe a Haynes manual as I have used Haynes in the past for motorcycle maintenance and they seem to put out a good product.

I have an Autel Diagnotstic scan tool. I have not yet tried to check and clear the newest codes (4WD and TMPMS) after leaving the Nissan Dealer. I would imagine that the independent mechanic that I went to last tried to clear the codes when I brought it in for service. After I picked it up from him, I noticed that the TPMS light was off, the other 4 dashboard lights were still on. I quickly checked the info screen and saw that tire pressures were showing in all 4 tires. I felt that a little progress was made. However, about 5 minutes into driving, the TPMS light came back on and I checked tire pressures again. This time all 4 tires showed " ** ", same as when the TPMS light first came on.

I came across a video of a mechanic replacing the ABS module with the same issues as me on a 2006 Altima. The new module didn't fix the issue and it turned out that the ABS fuse was blown in the fuse box. The new fused fixed the warning light a d dead speedometer. I am bringing the truck to another mechanic today and will ask he checks the fuses while doing his diagnostics.
