You would need to measure the ujoints you have to get the dimensions correct. Some are different part numbers because they offer them with or without grease fittings. It appears the ujoint is the same on either end of the driveshaft for whichever part you get.
Looking at available replacement driveshafts, there are different options available such as steel or aluminum. You should probably get under there and inspect (I always take pictures for future reference so I only have to get under there once). It wouldn't hurt to get measurements too, like the length of the driveshaft. But that should be enough for a parts store to get you the correct u-joint. There aren't as many drivetrain options as say the Frontier (it had different lengths for various beds, manual or auto trans, etc.).

Could be ujoint related. Could also be brakes- the parking brake shoes inside the rear rotor hat. When my front ujoints ground the needle bearings to dust it produced a vibration. Could be starting to bind a little. Ujoints are cheap if you do it yourself. A shop could probably put it on a lift and run it in reverse to see where the noise comes from. My 2006 is still running the original rear joints without issue.

after reading your reply, we jacked up each side at the rear and each wheel made noise when turning in reverse...seems unlikely that brakes on both sides would start making noise at the same, right ? looked at emergency brake pads and everything looks good...guess we'll go with replacing u-joints and see what happens...confusing as to why they only make noise in reverse under load...
