First thing to check is that you got the right rotors, sometimes they are misboxed or there are for other versions of your vehicle.

Hello, I actually found the issue. The wheel bearing lock nut in the wheel hub thread is all screwed up and wouldn’t tighten enough to properly hold the rotor. Gotta force the nut on in order to fix the threads now.
