Bose typically does not release wattage on their systems. Similar to how Apple really doesn't release processor or ram specs on many of their products.
Thanks for the replay. True, most manufacturers don't list wattage, some premium brands do though. You'd think at least they'd provide the speaker specs. My guess is that Bose supplied some assistance to the design of the system and then Nissan was allowed to use the name Bose...Bose typically does not release wattage on their systems. What speakers are these and how do they sound? I am considering if I want to upgrade my system or not. It kind of sucks because I opted for the SL + Premium package largely because of the speakers, but I guess that at least the rest of the system is better excluding the speakers. Anyway, I don't think that the speakers sound all that bad for most listening, but I can notice on certain songs that certain instruments and sounds become nearly inaudible in the mix, which is pretty strange.OMG you will be surprised with their quality.
Im attaching doors and dash speakers and my new ones.
Pleas see the link to my post on Murano forum, their is a order screenshoot with speakers names and prices. What speakers are these and how do they sound? I had the Bose 13 speaker in my 2013 and found it a fairly good system, not audio file mind you but decent. I wonder if the quality is the same 9 years later ?Badly Overrated Stereo Equipment = BOSE. I just bought a 2022 nissan pathfinder and the bose system socks big time.
Agreed but its amounts to an individuals priority. Ive heard and seen the cats a$$ of car audio but I can't personally be bothered spending the dough or installing it myself.Anything after market will blow away anything OEM.
I bought new door speakers from Crutchfield for my 13' that sound decent. They are made by PowerBass and are 2ohm. I found a "new" subwoofer box/unit off eBay and will hook that up. I am looking at a Kicker hideaway sub/amp unit to put under a seat because I use my Path Plat as a truck quite often.I had the Bose 13 speaker in my 2013 and found it a fairly good system, not audio file mind you but decent. Agreed and having the 2ohm setup doesn't help when one wants to try and upgrade the speakers as I did in the doors of my 13' Platinum. My 2020 Rogue had the Bose system. It sounded better in the Rogue than in my new 2022 Pathfinder. Neither one is a quality product. I think it's a high profit product for nissan that is living off the bose name. I been an audiophile for over 50 + years I have never been impressed with BOSE equipment. To non audiophiles it probably sounds good to them. To me it sounds like crap in my 2022 Pathfinder. Nissan should do a lot better than this to call something like this premium system.
