Is there any easy way to remove 2nd and 3rd row seats? Going to an event and need extra room for merchandise.

Others have asked that question. I'm guessing you can as long as you don't plan on reinstalling them. The Pathfinder is not a van.
Rent a trailer, cheaper than what I'd take to remove the seats and you won't scratch your interior.
Define "easy". 
Unlike some of the older Chrysler vans where seat removal was part of the design, you will have to take apart a lot of the floor to unbolt them. Well documented on pages 94 (2 row) and 107 (third row) of the shop manual "SE.pdf" Unless you intend to leave one or both out permanently I would not recommend it.
