Adjusted the stops down a bit. It didn't mess with the alignment at all, but the weatherstripping seems to compress a bit tighter. We'll see how it goes I guess. Next remedy will be to adjust the hood latch.

The wide expanse in between the bonnet hinges and the open area above the plenum copping air off the windscreen wouldn't help matters. It us unnerving but I never considered it unsafe after checking the bonnet latch on first sighting. The rubbers will get an adjustment though after seeing the result above.

I just bought mine and it also flutters, I adjusted the stops to try to compensate, but it still does this.

The hood is just too flexible, there is no way to completely stop it from doing it.

today I was driving on the freeway and all of the sudden the hood unlocked. I heard the unlock sound and it started to vibrate because of the wind. I slowed down and took next exit and indeed the hood got unlocked. very scary.

There was a recall on the latch assembly or the catch. Get it checked out just incase.

Glad you caught before potential further damage could occur (windshield, etc).
I've noticed in ours only during crosswinds especially on highway, slight flexing/movement.
