Can you please recap the issues that led to this? Sounds AWFULLY generous.

1.oil leaking. They replaced the whole transfer case assembly(happend in 3000km)
2.dash speaker rattling. They put foam underneath, but not solved the problem completely.
3.Motor in passager ventilated seat broke. They replaced it.
4.One rear safebelt doesn't bukle up. They are still waiting for parts.
5.The most annoying one is front sunroof rattling. First time, they replaced the sunoof panel.Nothing changed. Second time, they put foam. Problem still. Im still fighting for it.

all these happened within 5000km

I would rather have a good car....

My middle row left seat buckle starting to play up also, seatbelt clicks in, but when there is no one sitting in the seat and start the car, shows it as seatbelt done up on dash, so will have to get them to check it out at the next service.

My 16 has been great. I had one issue with a rattle in the passenger seat but I found it and fixed it.

Is that an Australian thing? In Canada, the drivers seat belt gets the reminder light. The front passenger seat gets the airbag light. The middle and rear seats don't have any warnings about being buckled.

Good news .. what about issue that you have when you slow down in the speed of 20-30 .. is it solved?

Not sue, but for drivers seat, if you go over 10km/hr without the seatbelt on, you get an annoying beep beep audio alarm going off till you put your seatbelt on, same with the passanger seat when it is occupied.

For the rear seats, when you start the car up you get a picture on the dash, to show which seatbelts have been engaged. Stays on for about 30 seconds.

If whilst driving one of the rear seats undoes their seatbelt, the image pops up again with a sharp audio beep to alert the driver someone has undone a belt.

As you can see, my middle left seat is showing as occupied, even though no one is in it, need to get this fixed at next service.

Also for those that noticed, yes it was 40°C (104°F) here yesterday, bloody HOT !!
